Our policies.

A few things that help us deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% service fee. No-call/no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Late arrivals

Out of respect for our other guests, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services modified to fit the remaining time.

Redos & adjustments

Your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your service, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right at no additional cost.

Refunds

Services are non-refundable, but adjustments are always offered. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days.

Children & guests

We love kids — and to keep our space safe and serene, please bring children only when they're being serviced and supervised.

Health & safety

If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule. We sanitize tools and stations between every guest.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated and at your discretion. Cash is preferred but card tips are accepted.

Privacy

Your information is kept confidential and only used for booking and service-related communication.
